6. What are your customer pickup hours?Monday - Friday 9am-1pm with scheduled pickup and drop off time. (Typically setup around 7 days prior to your pickup date)

2. How long is the rental period?A typical rental period is 2.5 days excluding Sundays. For example we can deliver or you can pickup on Friday and we would then pickup or you would drop off Monday morning all in the one price.

9. What is expected upon pick-up of rentals after an event?for China, cups, cutlery they should be packaged back into the bins they were brought in with roughly the same amount of items per bin as when dropped on. For chairs and tables, if curb side items need to be stacked back how they were dropped off. For beyond the curb delivery & pickup we will come get them from where they are, they just need to be packed back up the same as they were left. For setup & cleanup we will come and pick everything up from where it was setup. No need to lift a chair or table we do it all.

8. Do you offer setup and take down of rental items?Absolutely, we offer full setup for place settings of our China, cutlery & cups, chairs and tables. This is an additional add on.

4. What is the difference between a quote and a reservation?Reservations are an order that is confirmed with a 50% deposit. A quote is simply a price estimate you receive before booking that has an expiration date.

1. Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?Yes! Scheduling an appointment guarantees that an event designer will be available to assist you during your visit. It also gives you the space and freedom to get creative as you explore different tabletop ideas.

5. What is the deadline for making changes?15 days prior to your event you can change your reservation amounts. You are guaranteed at least the amount you have on your reservation, adding more as it gets closer is not guaranteed to be available. You can take away items up to 15 days before your event down to the 50% deposit.

11. Are there minimum quantities that I need to rent?The only minimum quantities we have are for napkins which are in sets of 10

12. Am I responsible for cleaning dishwater, flatware and linens?No. We wash all dish ware, flatware and linens upon return. Simply empty your glassware, rinse or wipe your plates to re I've excess food. China flatware and glassware should be sorted by style and placed back in the crates/racks they arrived in. Please shake out all linens and place them in the provided linen bag. Do not place linens in plastic bags.

10. What is your cancellation policy?You can cancel any quote once a reservation is made with the 50% deposit that is non refundable.

3. What are your delivery fees?Standard delivery is curbside drop off, within 10 feet of the vehicle, it is based on how far away your location is. This does not include setup or distance delivery from the truck to where the rental items may need to go, example across a green space or up stairs.
